1. Shipping Countries and Delivery Times
We ship our products within Germany and Europe. The processing time for orders is usually on the same day. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, manufacturer, and shipping service provider.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart. Products that have free shipping are marked accordingly. For mixed orders, only the shipping costs for items subject to shipping fees will be charged.

Please note that not all products can be shipped to all countries. If your order is affected, checkout will not be possible.

 

Return Policy

  • We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from Pure Gymnastics. If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return.

  • To request a return, please contact our customer service by email or through the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange will be processed according to your wishes.

  • Please note that the cost of returning items is to be borne by you.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

 

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, or on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, or on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.

 

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Pure Gymnastics UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Gottlieb-Daimler-Straße 12, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, email address: info@puregymnastics.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, which is not mandatory.

 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

 

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

 

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

 

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics and functionality.

Shipping and Returns - Partner-Dependent Policies at Timmuz Clothing

TIMES AND COSTS
ITALY

The processing time for all our orders is approximately 1 to 2 days. Once the package has been shipped, delivery takes place within 3 working days.

SHIPMENTS BY COURIER

The transport of our deliveries in Italy is entrusted to the courier services Poste Italiane or GLS, while we rely on UPS abroad.

Before delivery, the courier sends an email with the tracking code to track the shipment.

Shipments are handed over to express couriers from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (working days).

There are no telephone notifications from the courier. It is advisable to provide a delivery address where someone is ALWAYS available to pick up the package.

RETURN

For a RETURN, the customer must send the package at their own expense to this address:

Once the package arrives, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order, and the customer will receive it within a few days.

SIZE CHANGE

To make a size change, the customer must send the package at their own expense to this address:

Once the package is received, the customer will receive a discount code via email equal to the value of the garment to be exchanged, which can be used to place a new order in the desired size, so they only have to bear the shipping costs.

Once the new order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped according to our regular schedule.
